I come across so many resources that could help one overcome their fear of Public Speaking that I thought I'd start sharing them with You!

Personally, I think the biggest and best source that you can use in overcoming your fear is right between your ears.

Yes, it is all inside your head. That is where the fear really is.

So, gaze into a mirror, look into your eyes and say,"I'm not scared of Public Speaking. In fact, I love it!" (Say this enough times and you'll start believing it.
